How much will it cost to measure your client experience?

Our pricing is based on your household/client count. To provide exact pricing we will need to know the number of households you intend to survey. Please calculate your price below. You will receive an automated email that contains a quote specific to your firm.

Questions & Answers

Why two seperate fees?
Most clients pay both fees together, however seperating the fees gives firms the flexibility to start their survey on their own schedule. Events (COVID-19) can force us to delay surveys; sometimes for months. Seperating the pricing provides that flexibility.
What if my household number changes?
We don't nickle and dime firms. If you upload your participant list and go slightly over we will not adjust your fees. If your number is substantially below the estimate we will happily adjust the pricing to reflect that new household count.
What do these fees include?
Together, both fees represent the entire NEXA engagement for a single survey. Among other items, this includes access to an implementation manager, guided setup, user access, the measuarement, analytics, and post-survey reviews.
How frequently should I survey?
We recommend surveying every 12 months. Each survey will identify at-risk assets, collect leads and analyze your client experience. Satisfaction levels shift within your client base, so seeing treands and having up-to-date numbers without being excesive is important.
